Our Formation Groups are held weekly throughout the valley. These small groups help turn a crowd into a community at The Well.
We have several classes that are designed to help you grow in your relationship with God at every stage of life.

Whether it’s making a public declaration of your faith through baptism or leading your first Formation Group, each step is crucial for drawing closer to Jesus and fulfilling the purpose He has for your life.

water baptism
Baptism is an important step of obedience that shows others we have personally trusted Jesus for our salvation. Jesus was baptized when He was on the earth, and we do this to follow His example. When Christians are baptized, they are submerged under water to identify with the death and burial of Jesus and raised out of the water to identify with His resurrection.
Following faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, the new convert is commanded by the Word of God to be baptized in water in the Name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.

Do you have a desire to grow deeper in your faith but feel stuck or unsure where to begin?
Practicing the Way is an introduction to spiritual formation that will help you lay a solid foundation for developing key spiritual practices such as:
- Sabbath
- Prayer
- Fasting
- Solitude
- Generosity
- Scripture
- Community
- Service
- Witness
This eight-session course includes teaching, guided conversations, and spiritual exercises, all designed to help you build a lasting, intentional relationship with Jesus. Over the course of these sessions, you’ll gain a foundational understanding of how to follow Christ in the midst of our busy, distracted, and secular culture.

Virtual Class for Parents: Teaching Your Kids a Biblical Worldview
This virtual class is designed for parents who want to equip their children with a strong Biblical foundation and worldview. In this class, we’ll explore how to teach your kids to think critically and discern the deceptive messages they encounter daily in today’s world. Knowing and understanding truth is the most powerful way to counter what is false.

Our goal is to examine the truth of what the Bible teaches us and compare it to the teachings of Mormonism.
