Serve Team
God has given us a big vision for The Well, which you will discover as you browse our site. Our prayer has been, from day-one, that The Well would be known as a place of authenticity, community and ultimately a place where lives are changed week after week by the grace of God. If you love Jesus, love people, and want to contribute towards building God’s Kingdom on earth, join a serve team.
Where Can I Serve?
Audio/Visual (A/V)
The A/V Team uses creativity and technology to reach thousands by delivering the Word and worship through cameras, lighting, and other visual elements.
Care
Every week people around The Well are requesting assistance through the Have a Need form. The Fill a Need team then strives to meet these requests, whether personally or by finding the proper resources to help.
Creative/Media
This team works collaboratively on all visual and verbal communication such as social media, email, website, environments, photography, videography, and graphic design.
Events
The Well Events Team functions to execute various events throughout the year including Team, Church-wide, and Outreach Events.
Formation Groups
Formation Groups are weekly or biweekly gatherings of people from our House for the purpose of discussing Scripture, the Sunday Message, facilitating New Believers new journey with Jesus, care, or books. Leading a group is primarily about facilitating conversation and hosting a space.
Guest Experience
The Guest Experience Team is key to the culture of The Well. This team is full of vibrant, friendly, and joyful people who welcome every person to The Well. This team is the first and last impression of our church.
Legacy Partners
The Legacy Partners are comprised of individuals and families who believe that God has given them the gift of generosity for the advancement of the Kingdom and the local church.
Online Experience
We are thankful to be a church that reaches our world and allows space for people outside the four walls of the building to engage and grow in their faith. This team helps support that reality through personally connecting with people, adding culture and bringing joy to our Online platforms.
Prayer
Our prayer team is sent a list of prayer requests weekly that we pray through. We have seen many answered prayers and continue to present requests to God. This team supports the people of The Well behind the scenes by lifting up their requests to God.
Safety
Safety is a priority at The Well. We have a team that is present on Sundays making sure each auditorium, the lobby, and the kid’s area are secure, and that any suspicious activity is immediately addressed.
Set Up/Tear Down
This team arrives early or stays late and helps with all outdoor signs, seating, heaters, umbrellas and other outdoor items to help create a warm atmosphere on Sunday morning.
The Well Kids
This team creates an environment in our kids services where children are consistently exposed to the real love of Jesus. Team members intentionally invest in the lives of our children through worship, videos, skits, small groups, greeting, games, and more.
Worship
This dynamic team prepares the way for our guests to encounter the presence of God through vocals, instruments, and audio engineering.
Youth
Our students are not only the next generation, but an integral part of the current make-up of The Well. This team connects with families, encourages and disciples students, and creates an atmosphere where every student is welcome.
Young Adults
Walk alongside hte 18-25 year-olds of our city. We gather together throughout the month in large and small group settings.
I planted, Apollos watered, but God gave the growth. So neither he who plants nor he who waters is anything, but only God who gives the growth.

Frequently Asked Questions
After you apply, your application will be reviewed and processed by the Team Lead. Afterwards, you will hear from your specific Team Lead to setup an onboarding meeting, while also discussing details and training. All teams will require a background check and some require additional interview processes before training can be scheduled. Once you have completed training you will be scheduled to serve!
Each Team operates on a specific rotation cycle. We want you to find your balance of serving and attending here at The Well. You are also able to block out dates that you are unavailable to serve because of previous plans or travel.
We want you to be fully present while serving and fully present while attending! So this means we prefer that you serve at a service and attend a service.
